Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of products.

All quality paint jobs start with a thorough pretreatment of the part to be powder coated. All jobs at BFN are cleaned with caustic soda and followed by iron phosphate application for maximum adhesion and corrosion protection.

The powder coat is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The powder is applied with an electrostatic gun to the negatively grounded part. The powdered part is baked in a curing oven to achieve a uniform, durable, and high quality attractive finish.
