Powder Coating

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of products. All quality Powder Coating and liquid paint jobs start with a thorough pretreatment of the part to be powder coated. All jobs at BFN are cleaned with caustic soda and followed by iron phosphate application for maximum adhesion and corrosion protection. We can have your part sandblasted as well, if required.

The powder coat is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The powder is applied with an electrostatic gun to the negatively grounded part. The powdered part is baked at temperatures up to 425 degrees in a curing oven to achieve a uniform, durable, and high quality attractive finish. The electrostatic process enables the powder painters to get high film builds on your parts. Typical Mil thickness is 2-4 Mils which means it will last longer.

Examples of powder coating applications are: Car Rims, Car Parts, Car Bumpers, Patio Furniture, Bike Frames, Bike Rims and much more! As long as it can take the 400 degrees we can powder coat it!

After all quality checks are performed, your job is professionally packed to prevent damage during shipping
